Has anyone tried this?
I’ve been watching Fox News (don’t hate me, I like it, it makes me think I’m on holiday) and they had a little snippet of this ant-gravity yoga which to me looks like a lot of monkeying around with bedsheets suspended from the ceiling.
It’s a craze that is huge in New York (and if New Yorkers love it then…its got to be good right?).
I really fancy having a go, there is something very Cirque du Soleil about it all don’t you think?
